I became a personal trainer after years of watching people performing unnecessary, unproductive exercises, with poor form for excessive amounts of time who, and after months of struggling and sweating without making any gains, finally gave up. When I see someone motivated to achieve a goal – whether it be to lose weight, gain strength, reshape their bodies are whatever they are after – I believe they should be given the proper tools with which to achieve their goals in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
With over 25 years of training experience I have learned through hard work the most efficient methods of shedding fat, gaining strength and becoming fit.
