Learn to Lift 101 is a 12 session weight training class for beginners or for anyone wishing to learn correct form and exercise selection.
Group classes from 2 to 4 people. Set up your own group or add yourself to one of ours. Mixed, Men only and Women only classes are all offered.
With Learn to Lift 101 you will get the tools you need to transform your body, safely and efficiently.
You will learn:
• Proper exercise selection: no more wasting time on useless exercises.
• Proper exercise form: perform the most effective lifts safely.
• Proper weight selection and rep schemes.
• How to design a program to target the areas YOU want to target.
